After 140 Emergency Generator Calls, I Can Tell You: Most Perkins Generator Failures Are Preventable

I coordinate emergency power deliveries for an industrial power equipment supplier. Honestly, I still don't understand why buyers skip the verification step

After seven years and roughly 140 emergency calls, I've never fully understood why the industry resists verification. Maybe sales culture rewards confident answers over thorough ones. Don't wait for the storm that exposes your backup power plans. Verify the specs. Vet the dealer. Change the filter. Do it now, while the grid is still on.
